Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with Hollycorn N.V., trading as Lets Lucky and operating the website https://letslucky-aussie.com in relation to Lets Lucky (the "Site") and all related products and services. By creating an account, accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Operator: Hollycorn N.V., a public limited company (N.V.) incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, registration number 144359, with registered address at Heelsumstraat 51, E-Commerce Park, Curaçao, licensed by Antillephone N.V. under licence no. 8048/JAZ2019-015, and operating the Lets Lucky online casino brand via the domain letslucky-aussie.com.
  • Site: The website located at https://letslucky-aussie.com, including all subdomains, content, software, games, and services presented under the project name Lets Lucky.
  • User or Player: Any natural person who accesses the Site, creates an account, or uses any of the services offered on the Site.
  • Account: A personal, unique account registered by a User on the Site, enabling access to real-money and/or bonus play.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You may open an Account and use the Site only if you are at least 18 years of age or older if required by the laws of your country of residence.
  • Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that online gambling is not illegal in your place of residence.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You warrant that all information you provide is true, complete, and accurate. The use of aliases, impersonation, or false data is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds where permitted by law.
  • Single account: You may hold only one Account on the Site. Multiple accounts, including those created with different personal details, emails, or IP addresses, may be treated as "duplicate accounts" and closed.
  • Password and security:
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your Account.
    • You must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Availability of Games: The Operator provides a range of casino Games from third-party providers aggregated through certified platforms (including SoftSwiss Game Aggregator, certified by iTechLabs in 2023). Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and may change without notice.
  • Placing a Bet:
    • A Bet is placed when you select your desired Game, choose stake parameters, and confirm the Bet through the relevant in-Game interface.
    • Once the system has recorded the Bet and the Game round has started, the Bet is considered accepted.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes:
    • Each Game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed in the Game interface and/or paytable.
    • The Operator reserves the right to set general and Game-specific betting limits and to modify them at its discretion.
  • Currency: Bets are placed in the Account currency displayed in your profile. If you deposit in another currency or cryptocurrency, conversions may apply according to the Operator's or payment processor's rates.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted and the Game round has commenced, you may not cancel or change the Bet.
  • Operator cancellation:
    • The Operator may void or cancel a Bet and/or Game outcome where:
      • A technical error, malfunction, or system failure has occurred in the Game, Site, or payment processing;
      • The Bet was clearly placed at incorrect odds or with incorrect Game parameters arising from an error or misconfiguration;
      • There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, use of bots, exploitation of bugs, or other prohibited conduct.
    • In such cases, the Operator may:
      • Void the Bet and return the stake to you; or
      • Restore your balance to the state prior to the erroneous transaction.

Game Results and Fairness

  • Randomness: Game results are determined by random number generators (RNGs) and/or certified live casino systems provided by third-party developers. Certification, including relevant aggregator certification (e.g., SoftSwiss by iTechLabs), is intended to ensure fairness, but the Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted certification coverage for all Games at all times.
  • Settlement: Game outcomes and resulting winnings or losses are automatically credited to or debited from your Account when the Game round is completed and confirmed by the system.
  • Displayed balances: In case of a discrepancy between your on-screen balance and the Operator's internal records, the latter shall prevail, subject always to applicable law and independent audit where necessary.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Prohibited behaviour:
    • Using offensive, abusive, racist, sexist, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate language towards dealers, staff, or other players;
    • Harassing, threatening, or stalking other users or employees;
    • Advertising, spamming, or promoting other websites, products, or services.
  • Fraud and collusion:
    • Any form of cheating, collusion with other players, exploitation of software bugs, use of bots or automated systems, or advantage-play strategies specifically prohibited in the Game or promotional rules is strictly forbidden.
    • The Operator may void associated Bets, confiscate Bonus funds and winnings, and close Accounts where such conduct is established.
  • Moderation: The Operator and its providers may monitor chat and live tables and may mute, restrict, or exclude Players from chats or Games, and/or close Accounts, where deemed necessary to maintain a safe environment.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Discretionary nature: All Bonuses and promotions offered by Lets Lucky on letslucky-aussie.com are discretionary and may be granted, withheld, or withdrawn at the Operator's sole discretion, subject to these Terms and any specific promotional rules.
  • Separate bonus terms: Each promotion or Bonus may have specific conditions (e.g., minimum deposit, maximum bonus, game restrictions). In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail over this general Bonus section.
  • One per person: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method, and shared computer environment.

Bonus Activation and Wagering

  • Activation:

  • Duplicate accounts: Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus or promotion is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and confiscation of funds where legally permitted.

Deposits

Refunds, Reversals, and Chargebacks

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

Exclusions of Liability

  • Indirect and consequential losses:

      • Loss of profits, business, or goodwill;

  • Self-exclusion and responsible gambling:

Maximum Compensation

  • Cap on liability: Without prejudice to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed:
    • The amount of the relevant Bet or Bets placed by you which gave rise to the dispute; or
    • The amount of funds actually and demonstrably lost by you on the Site in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident, whichever is lower.
  • Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable under the "Governing Law & Jurisdiction" section.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Content: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site, including but not limited to text (including Lets Lucky review content), graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, video, software, databases, and underlying source code, are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
  • Trademarks: "Lets Lucky", associated logos, and any other trademarks appearing on letslucky-aussie.com are the property of the Operator or its licensors. Use of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

  • Limited licence:

  • Prohibitions:
    • You may not, without the Operator's prior written consent:

Termination & Suspension

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

  • By the Operator: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, in whole or in part, where:
    • You breach these Terms or any Game or Bonus rule;
    • There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity;
    • You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, or fail to complete KYC checks;
    • You engage in abusive behaviour towards staff or other players;

Procedure and Consequences

  • Notification:

  • Balances on closure:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Australian users: If you access the Site from Australia, you acknowledge that:

Dispute Resolution

    • Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process or regulatory escalation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, unless mandatory laws of your country provide otherwise.
